Booking
Terms.
The initial meeting venue must be within 30 miles by road from Falmouth in Cornwall.
Delivery and collection can be arranged from any address within 30 miles by road from Falmouth in Cornwall.
The initial meeting to view the hat selection is free and without obligation.
If you select one of the hats presented a £10.00 deposit will be required to secure the booking; this will be deducted from the total amount payable upon delivery of the hat.
During the period of hire (between delivery and collection) of the hat, the hat is your responsibility.
Payment will be required upon delivery of the hat prior to your event.
A £50.00 refundable deposit will be taken upon delivery of the hat to cover loss or damage of the hat during the period that the hat is in your possession and responsibility.
The deposit will be returned to you in full upon collection and satisfactory examination of the hat.
Delivery and collection dates are to be agreed upon the initial hat booking.
Cancellation:
Notice of cancellation must be advised at least one week prior to the delivery of the hat, in the event of a cancellation the £10.00 booking deposit will not be refunded.
